Add on popup and exit popup page to the website

The first job is pretty small, just need to add a pop up form ( page already designed in leadpages with html code),
also exit popup when people leave the website to some pages. The website was built in 2011 in html php, not a wordpress site.
But will have more webdesign projects later.
