I need a basic website built using HTML, PHP and MySQL
The purpose of the website is to record the type of computer equipment in the building (e.g. computer, Dell, Model, Location) and for staff to be able to report faults and breakages.
The website will need a user name and login. The user will be able to fill out an online form to report faults. The technicians must be able to run reports to show stock of equipment and faults reported.
