Dreamweaver Template Designs

I need a good web AND graphic designer proficient in using Dreamweaver 4, as well as CSS, to build custom home pages and templates for several theme-based websites that I'm developing.

This will be an ongoing project for the right service provider - meaning that if you do a great job for my first set of templates, I'll use you for all the other sites I'm developing.

For STARTERS, I'll need about 4 or 5 templates for a site I'm currently working on. Provider will design the home page and different templates for different sections of the site. The designs will be aesthetically pleasing and search engine friendly.

I don't want anything complex. NO Bells and Whistles. NO Flash or complex javascript. That said, this project should be a "walk in the park" (extremely easy) for the right individual.

See below for further details. Read my requirements carefully. Let's not waste each other's time.

NOTE: If you are a new service provider, I'll only consider you IF you have an excellent portfolio and credentials.

## Deliverables

1) Must speak and understand perfect english

2) This is design work, so CREATIVITY is a must.

3) Although you most likely will not be doing a lot of graphic work, You still should be a good graphics designer.

4) Must be proficient in making templates in dreamweaver --(.DWT) files and Editable Regions etc.

5) DO NOT deliver me some rehashed template from one of the

free or paid web template sites out there. I've checked them out already.

6) More of the same type of work is available if you provide top quality work. If you don't provide quality work or if you only do mediocre work, then your services will not be used again.

7) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. In other words, Buyer (me) owns all works.
