339740 Social Network Big Project

Hello, I've a big website which I need to add a unique social network on it. I need unique features on this social network and I've seen and tested most ready scripts so please no bids for them or even editing them. Some Normal features of this site should be: 1- Advanced search for members and invitation system. (mail invitation - instant messengers like MSN - ICQ - Skype invitations). 2- Customized profile fields and home page organizer for each member (may use some Ajax for this) and last member x activities. 3- Private message system (with logs for admin and filter option). 4- Membership ranks based on member popularity. 5- Instant Messenger 1-1 Chat add/block other members (I like 123flashchat maybe we can use it). 6- Ajax Mood for members. 7- Custom profile fields, layout, features based on Member Sex or Age or Country. 8- Multi-Languages (Arabic - English - French) Notice right to left languages like Arabic will need some work in designing. 9- Automatic Ip/Language detecting and redirect system. 10- Advanced blogging and Article system with replies, smiles... etc (each member can create his/her own blog and manage it) 11- Groups and Clubs which users can create and join to increase communication between members. 12- Help each other system (like Yahoo Answers) where user can post his question and other users can reply him. 13- Points system (user get x point(s) for complete his profile,Helping other users, posting on blogs, invite other users... etc 14- Trade gained points for other services like sending greeting cards or gifts for other members or getting some special features on user's account or profile. 15- Membership Levels (Premium Users) Paid service where users will get advanced site features like being featured on the search engine to increase his profile visibility, Audio/Video chat, Custom profile themes... etc 16- Payments gateway like moneybookers, paypal, cashu and maybe we will add sms payment service. ---------------------------- Some Entertainment features for users on the site: 1- Photos and Albums (each member can create albums and set privacy for it) with advanced upload system (something like facebook uploader) 2- Games: Arcade Games / Flash games with high score save option and show top players. 3- Mp3 player on member profile (premium members can upload their preferred music 4- Video player (Fetch Youtube videos i don't want to host any video files on my servers) with rating and replies option. 5- Jokes and funny stories category with rank and replies system. ---------------------------- Advanced features: 1- As I mentioned above I have a very big site more than 7 Million page views/day, SO I need all programming to be light and does not cause high load on servers. 2- End user should load site pages fast with low internet connections so light scripts and designs required. 3- VERY Professional designing required and right to left Language (Arabic) experienced designers are preferred. ---------------------------- I know this is a Big project and I know it will cost much but please give a reasonable price and time is important for me so team work bidders are preferred.
