Unique bitcoin social site

This project is for a completely new and unique type of member based bitcoin website. It is NOT an exchange - the functionality is fairly straightforward and full specs are already complete and will be provided to the successful bidder. Basic requirement is for 8 page website - not a lot of design required really. All content will be provided. A simple, clean modern design will be required for the page layout. Am happy to use existing template to keep design time & cost to a minimum. The website will allow users to create a bitcoin wallet associated with their account, and will allow them to send and receive bitcoins to and from other members according to certain rules set down by the site. All bitcoin wallet creation and bitcoin transactions will be performed over 3rd party API using REST https GET / POST calls. Creation of MySQL databases to hold user details and other lists etc. PHP required to interrogate dbase and perform https POST / GET calls to an external API. Site must run on https and needs SSL setting up - we have dedicated IP & SSL certificate ready. The whole site must be absolutely secure and protected from sql injection attacks and the like. What You Need for this Position: - PHP 5, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery - Working knowledge of integration with 3rd party APIs - Excellence in programming, debugging, and implementation skills - Excellent communication skills - we expect regular updates during the duration of the project. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to an extremely high level. References will be required and will be taken up. SERIOUS bidders only please!
