Video scraping website need fixes and upgrades

I have a video scraping website that is scraping and auto dawloading videos from external sources.
Video are scraped using entered proxies based on entered keywords.
Video titles and descriptions are translated using bing translations service or google translator.
The script also have an inbuilt translation vocabulary so some words are translated with synonymous using it. I need various fixes and upgrades to this script. I will provide more details only to very experienced coders.
I wasted months of time with a coder not able to do it.
This is pure clean php code written from scratch by a very able coder.
That coder is not available anymore so i need someone else as good as him that can make my video site to go live asap!
I also need to make the template mobile compatible.
ATTENTION: I am a full time IM i work just with qualified and very talented coders!
