I need one or two .edu back links

Simple... I need 2 PERMANENT backlinks from 2(differently C CLASS IP's) educational sites. -The domains must be [url removed, login to view] -Links must be permanent and static -No disallowed by [url removed, login to view] or NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW tags. -Links should have relevant Keywords in the Anchor Text -Links should not be through a redirect script -Links should not be through a JavaScript -Links should not be from framed pages -Links should not be embedded within a flash -Link pages should not be excluded in the sites [url removed, login to view] -Link pages should not be excluded by a Robots Tag -Links should not be excluded by a tag -Links secured from the site owners should not be on a paid or time-bound basis to ensure longevity -No use the Useragent 'Googlebot' trick. The page where you will place the link must be crawled by google and others search robots. The anchor text must be placed in a block of text like this: Take a look on this 'web directory', they are offering free submitions for educational sites. My site is a paid web general directory that offer free links for .edu domains only. Thank you,

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
