I need a membership web site. The web site is based upon a business opportunity product associated with making money buying and selling real estate. The purpose of the web site will be to help people who are trying to make money in this market by offering them: 1. List of resources (links to helpful sites) 2. Audio recordings 3. Real Estate forms 4. Various books and products The site allows the users to learn how to make good real estate deals and how to determine if their deal will be profitable. It will include an online calculator for expected return on investment. This calculator will be based upon the following product: [login to view URL] Members will also be able to fill out a form describing a deal and get feedback on the deal. There will be 2 levels of membership to the site. The difference between the two levels of membership is access to the feature to submit a deal and get feedback. We will be using PayPal to process transactions and subscriptions. Here is a list of the features that I need: 1. Resources - There needs to be a resources section that is basically a list of links by category. 2. Forms ??" about 100 forms (pdf) organized by category 3. eBook -We'd need a link where members could download the ebook 4. Conf. Calls - In this section we'd have the recordings of past conference calls streamable in real audio format plus have information the next conference call topic and schedule. 5. Audio series ??" I have about 2000 tapes. I will convert to audio streams. Display by category and let members listen. Include buy now button with paypal processing/ 6. Calculator - We want to have a Investment calculator on the site that people can use to evaluate properties. Something like: [login to view URL] 7. Bulletin board ??" use an open source bulletin board 8. Examples of a deal: I will maintain text descriptions of actual deals, members see a list of them 9. Deal submission form: We want to have a form that members can submit real estate deals for review. 10. Advanced Training: Essentially this is a store where people can purchase more products and packages. The site is a paid membership site with two levels of membership: gold and platinum. Gold members get all the features Platinum members do except they cannot submit deals for free. IF they want to submit a deal it will cost them $20 per deal submitted. Platinum members can
