breezingforms form modification - second project

Hi, I'm looking for php developer that experienced joomla breezingforms extension. i already have a php script in breezingforms (advanced" tab >> "More options" >> "Form pieces") that populate form fields from values located in database (every time a registered user send the form, a record is created in database). another words - registered user already can login and then insert/update their details by submit this form. they also can watch the form fields values, that retrieved (by the existing php script) from the last submitted record. what i need in this project ? i need to insert same values (from database) to specific positions in a gif (image) file. another words - displaying existing values in the form (this is already done by existing php script) is not enough for me ,and in addition , i want to display this save values in specific html positions. in order to achieve this , maybe you can use and modify the existing php script (or create a new script). i already have and i will supply bidder the gif (image) file. i already have and i will supply bidder the html file. i already have and i will supply bidder the css file. this gif (image) will be located in joomla article. user will check if his values in this gif are correct , and then click on confirm button. when confirm , this joomla article page (with the gif) will be send to admin email and to the user email. till now it's easy project but i see 3 problems: 1. the form titles are in Hebrew language. i can translate if you need. 2. i take the html file from another company and the "names" in this html are not match the form names. i can do it if you instruct me. 3. the form is large (about 130 fields) i will provide you joomla admin access , cpanel access and ftp access. i will move everything you develop in this test website to my production website. then i will test it. payment will be after completion. no milestone payment. i will put the money in escrow.
