Facebook Train - Like Myspace or Mobster Trains

I need a like train, for a Facebook train, like the mobster train below, where members or visitors can add their page to gain likes, in order to get on the train you need to have liked 5 pages - that will unlock the link submission form and automatically add them to the train. Only need to display a row of 20 likes/pages.

Ability to make a train would be cool, but at the moment I just need a list of the facebook pages to be liked, and once 5 pages are liked they can submit their own... simple script to make.
Let me know if you can do this and how much.
