Need a custom web storefront solution

We are looking for site design that will allow us to sell our digital products (mp3 audio files). We are mostly concerned with the overall design of the site. We do not care what language is used to create the site. We dont mind if you use a script like OSCommerce to create the site. We just need the site to look EXACTLY as we have planned. We have a fully planed outline and style of the site already created. We can create any graphics, logos or designs for you to use on the site. Please read the attached outline. Please ask if you need clarification. We cannot accept any less then what is explained in the outline. Please read the outline before bidding.
