413757 Video Delivery System

We are looking for the development of a centralized management system to automate the provisioning of video spokesperson video's (like on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) to show up on customer websites, streamed directly from our content delivery network. We are thinking of PHP for the management application, with a simple interface (samples provided in the attachement), actionscript to manage the behaviour of the flashvideo-overlay, and javascript to write the <div> to its correct position on the website, with as content the flash player + XML-varfile, that contains URL and other settings (starttime, buttonaction, repeat, cookies, autostart, etc.). The flashplayer would then load the XML-file and starts streaming the video from the CND. The application should enable us to manage per studio what video's are running, when they need to start and when to stop, and for which customer and with what model. Also information on when the video was shot, what the script of the model is, and how often the video buttons were pressed and how often the video was played. Through an API the provision of the video should interact with our Highwinds CDN platform (API exists already). More information will be provided as needed.
