Brand new fully customisable e-commerce software

**THIS IS NOT A WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. I am not looking for an e-commerce site for myself, I am looking for the e-commerce software to be packaged so that I can use it for my clients' websites. I am a web designer.** **I AM LOOKING FOR THE SERVICES OF A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER OR SOFTWARE ENGINEER.** Thanks! I am looking for a complete e-commerce solution for my design consultancy. I'm a hopeless programmer, but I would really like to be able to offer my clients a piece of software that I own, branded as being my company's software (so I would also own the right to the software). I will not be reselling it, only using it for my clients' sites. It will need to be compatible with Paypal, and Australian merchants Paymate and e-way. It would also need to have an option for direct deposit, the ability to send credit card details over a secure connection and to be merged with a bank merchant account. I will need it to be COMPLETELY customisable as far as design goes. I think the best way is for me to be able to use PHP includes, in the same way as [login to view URL] does. ## Deliverables It will need to have options for a "cart contents" or "cart total" to be included elsewhere in a site design. Users would need to be able to log in and could be eligible for discounts based on being a wholesale customer, or just have a discount applied to them because they're a good customer. I would need to have the option of a full catalogue page that includes all of the items in the store. I would also need to be able to have "newest" items on the front page, "most popular" items and a "random item" feature - but the option to turn this on and off depending on the client's wishes. Most importantly it needs to have an easy way to add categories and products/product options. I find a lot of the pieces of software that are available are not straightforward enough. I'd need to see a working example of how easily products can be added before I accept a bid. I think there are a few other things I had thought of that I'll try to add later on. But basically I want a functional, easy to use, fully customisable shopping cart software. **I will own all the rights to this software.** I don't want to pay to have a piece of software written for me and then have it be onsold to other people at a much lower cost. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
