Hello, before I've started to work as a freelancer, I was working for several years in a large germany-based multinational corporation, where one of my tasks was to create very similar scripts as you require - scripts to transfer data between various environments (Linux, Unix, Windows) and file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, SCP, OpenMQ etc.). All this was done in production environment with massive load and high reliability required. Some of the scripts were run as cronjobs, some launched from command line by users and yes, some called by websites running on PHP or JSP. I have also some experience with the Plowshare suite for my personal use. All this make me feel, that I could accomplish your task in time and t your full satisfaction. I would also make the scripts in a way, where you could configure most of the possible parameters and variables (logging, paths, plowshare syntax etc.), so in case you face some system or software changes, the script will be easily adaptable. I can do your job but if you accept, I'm proposing a PHP based solution to your problem that means you do not have use plowshare or php execution. Or I can do the job as you like. YOu could use bash_exec() but php works perfectly fine as a command line scripted language and you could do it all internally within the script itself.
