Post / Submit our products automatic to Facebook and G+ by RSS Feed?

We run a German Prestashop online shop selling evening dresses and we would like to post our products automatic by RSS on Facebook and G+. We would like to choose which items should be posted there (for example new items or reduced items) and how often they are posted on facebook and g+. Important is that product should be posted with photo, price and description or at least some part of the description. Im sure that there are already many online tools on the internet that offer exactly what we need so you don't need to develope this function but you need to setup everything so all will be totally working fine. We already have a RSS Feed which should be working fine. And if there is a problem with the feed we will correct it. So this is not your job. you just need to tell us what is wrong. Also we need your help to optimize our marketing strategies on Facebook and G+. You need to give us suggestions what we could do to get more fans, more likes, more comments from our target group. Please write why you are qualified for the job and what exactly you can offer us. We will provide you the link to our shop, facebook, g+ and the RSS feed in private message. thanks
