Order IP Recorder enhancement for oscommerce

The attached file is a simple mod used to record and store the IP address for each order placed on your site.

The IP is clickable and with one click you can check the ip address at www.showmyip.com.

It works if the payment is cash delivery; but it will not work if customer pays by paypal.

I need some to fix this small bug and apply it to /admin/[url removed, login to view]

There are two parts of the job:

1)modify the contribution

2)write an instruction file to tell me how to install that.
