I'm looking for someone who can create a simple XML driven CMS system that does not require a MYSQL database but that would use a flat file system?

It must incorporate a WYSIWYG editor for site editing ( FCKeditor or si milar ).

I'm looking for SIMPLE so that anyone could use the system, even a pc novice to manage their website.

You must be able to login to the backend, create or delete new pages, edit the content of pages etc etc
