Picture gallery website, voteable, rateable, w/forum and multiple features.

I would like to create a website exactly...exactly....like [login to view URL] it should have: - member signup; site visitor will provide requested info, choose an username/password and register to site; recover password, etc. this is free - member upload: members can upload 1-3 photos, delete uploaded photo, edit/delete published info (name, age, etc.); - member voting: visitors can vote for a member during a designated date (changeable), - member ratings: different from voting; the 3 top rated photos will be visible on the intro 2 the site. Search capabilities: - a-z - top 50 - new members; - search a member database features: 1) Accept the picture from the user along with subject , name, date etc. 2) upload it on the web & put it in a database. 3) display the pictues accordingly by rating or by name, or other search parameters. 4) search picture option. 5) zoom any picture if big picture is avaliable. 6) user will be register the name. 7) user will able to vote for a picture on a specified day. I have to be able to designate the day. 8) ability to send email to the members. 9) payment system will be implemented in the future if possible. 10) one administrator panel will be there to mainten the site. the site will be done in php as scripting language, mysql as database, java script as client side scripting and html, required graphic will be generated during the site design time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. general requirements: This is another picture site to rate pics. Just as the [login to view URL] , rate a [login to view URL], find a [login to view URL] , etc I just happen to like the features of the [login to view URL] site. a. Each new user/member should have an ability to vote only ONE time on all photos. This voting will take place on a date set by the administrator. The admin feature should allow for this to be changable by the admin (i.e. setting the date opening and closing time) b. The images, after they have been voted on will be on a predefined page where the rating and biographical information (age, location, nationality, etc) can be seen. c. Members receive votes and the ability to see the pictures whereas non members only see the index page. d. Only members can vote e. Contestans will have their profiles made available. I should be able to control whether or not a link they submit is active or not so that I can make sure that it is not being linked automatically to a porn site. As for the information that is made available.. all info except personal info address, email address, etc. Only admin should have access to this. I would like to manage this from the site but if there is a better solution Im open to ideas. f. Voting format is one vote per member who signs up online. i. I would like the site to be as close to the html that I have now but with the items mentioned, modifications to make it as functional as the [login to view URL] will be necessary so designers have wide latitude to implement these features and locations. Changing the html so that it is functional and navigable so that you can implement the features of [login to view URL] is ok since they are necessary. j. There should be a discussion forum. It should include the items as visible on sugababes.nl. Who's online...the little kisses, heart images and features. 4-5 boards last posted, by whom, date, etc total # of messages, etc does not need to have the AIM, YIM, MSNIM features or images k. The site should have all of the functions of the [login to view URL] site except the chat feature. Non members can only see the index page. Members see and do everything else. Upload and delete pics, message board, etc. Becoming a member is free of charge. Profile info is name age, nationality, height, weight, eye/hair color, hobbies and a website link that I can moderate as well as message board access. Members...females registering through the site are entered into the contest. This is an email form with a check box for disclaimer/terms of use agreement. ## Platform This is a medium sized project that WILL hold furture project possibilities. I would like to have all future work done exclusively by the creator(s) due to working relationships and familiarity with the code itself. If things are successful I have other sites that I am creating or in development stages and will seriously consider preferencial selection on these as well. One last thing. If you happen to do the basic search on the url. Im just a small business that just started. Its just a "big sounding" name. I have started on my own as a freelance agent and have some ideas on things I want to do. So no "percentages, retaining code rights, one million shares (Im not even incorporated or a LLC), or any of those other crazy requests from the last bid that was posted. This is the same job.
