Wholesale Jewlery Site - Needs database and administration area

We have a retail site currently built in MIVA, we are looking to use the same interface for our wholesale site so no design work is needed. The wholesale site will need to integrate the following functionality: 1) Dynamic database driven pages for aprox 50 products. 2) Quantity based pricing for the cart system. The site should allow the users to opens sessions which allow users to add / remove products, adjust quantities, and create printable order forms (pdf) but no ecommerse will take place on the site. 3) Custom Administrative area to add and maintain products. With ability to add, remove, edit products. Again, there will be no commerce on the site but orders are placed by mail, fax or emailed to the administrator. Other features we would welcome if the investment was not not great are: 1) Members registration with administrative tool to accept / deny applications & memberships and email notifications for users.
