Social engine custom work

Hello, I am looking for a Web Developer with amazing abilities in the Zend, PHP, and CSS Scaffold.  I want this web developer to build me a new template for social engine. this template will be a two in one template meaning there will be be an template for non members like ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) It is vital that you include a graphic much like nudesocial and populee. i like the pencil type drawing of nudesocial and i like the idea with the populee that when you click on the major social network it has a hyperlink which will allow the open id plugins to work (i already own the plugins) The second part of the template will be a template for member where you will have a page where you will have thing of the week. On this member page there will be...... Music video of the week  Unsigned artist of the week  Song of the week grime song of the week  hip of the week  movie of the week and youtube video of the week. all these things of the week will be in youtube video form and must be easy to edit and change everyweek. you will then have shoes of the week clothing of the week  accessories of the week tech of the week phones of the week . these again will be top five and they will all be on the home page as like the other ones. however the link to these will be affiliate links meaning you click and then you are redirected to the where you can buy the product. Also these must also be easy to edit for every week.
