I need a creative and higly motivated programmer, with very good english and able to communicate via email, skype (voice), desktop remote sharing systems like teamviewer that has already experience with this kind of projects. I am a web/graphic designer and need to work with you step by step. Phase ONE: Analysis of the project and functioning of the community. I need your help and we need to talk via skype to find the best solutions. Phase TWO: After the finalization of the IDEA with everything written on a word document, we start the development of the website.
