Design and install design for phpbb3

Basically I have the header and footer designed, and will need it installed. Important thing about the header is the header will change based on if the visitor is logged into the forum/osdate script, and it will pull information on whether or not they have received a new message and if they have received a new wink. Other than that some of the links will be removed, there has been modification to the current design to show the members photo and link their screen name to their osdate profiles. That customization will need to be carried over to the new design. Then the background behind the forum should be white with the forum border a thin red line. Text should be grey with links red and underlined when hovered. Icons will need to be created to match the color scheme and overall theme of the design. Icons include: New Topic, Edit Post, Quote, and Report Post. Icons should not use words, as there will be several languages using this design, and when they hover over the icon the translation will be given in their language. Final note, the design is for a lesbian dating site, do not bid if you are not comfortable with the content. ## Deliverables Code must be error free and optimized for speed. Must be completed within 21 days. No exceptions. Looking to begin project within the next day or two.
