PHP/Curl - Need script to send mailers via web site(repost)(repost)

I need to send out many messages via a web site.
Script should start off on this page:? <[url removed, login to view]>
The script should select
-country "United States"
-State / Prov "New Jersey"
The next page will load all agents.
The script should then navigate to the email page by each agent (by clicking the email icon a new window will pop up).?
The script should automatically submit the form data for each field:
"Your Name", "From email","Subject", and "Message".?
The script should be able to navigate through all pages (there's about 90).
The coder should also provide a simple interface that allows me to specify the form names to be submitted.? (the message and return email may change in the future).
