I need the NEW design to be integrated to the script.

The current design is too old and is using tables.

You must know how to code in valid xHTML strict as well as have superb understanding of PHP and mySQL. All codings to be done in DIVs. No table. Must be compatible in ALL browsers. No margin for errors!
