Manage VPS service with Kloxo including email, ssl, domains

We have a VPS hosted in Canada with root access. We have Kloxo (host in a box) installed on the service but we need someone that's very knowledgeable to make sure that it's figured correctly. We seem to be having some problems with email. We need to have nameservers setup correctly as well as have maintenance performed and new software installed from time to time. The person needs to be able to write php code for specific needs and do template conversions from Photoshop to HTML, Open Cart, or other scripts.
We will pay $5-7 an hour for your work. We can give you about 5 hours of work a week on an on going basis. We need to have someone who is available on Skype so that we can speak on a regular basis.
