Red5 Server Install - repost

I need to have Red5 Server or Adobe Flash Media Server installed on my VPS in order to run a Video/Chat Software package for a social networking site that I am building. It's a project for a school, so I would need to get the specifics on how it was finally setup (I've tried by following instructions) so that i can pass that information to the next set of parents who will take over the next school year, just in case something goes wrong.
I have uploaded everything, but I get to the last step which is the **ant dist** command, and I can't get a successful build. Everything else goes as planned. I just don't have time to keep messing around with it, I need to get this site up and running because it is part of a bigger school program.
