osCommerce Website from PSDs

We have a current eCommerce website the uses the Wordpress plugin WP-ECommerce. We've been unhappy with the WP-Ecommerce plugin, as it has some limitations in regards to product shipping and listing. We also have a slightly updated design, so as we update the design, we'd like to take the opportunity to switch to OSCommerce. The current site is here: [url removed, login to view] What we need: 1) Create a template for osCommerce based on PSDs. (We have an updated design, which is attached) New PSDs will be provided. Elements not updated in the new PSDs (such as the way individual products are displayed) should remain as are currently on the site, but with the updated template. 2) Add a photo gallery, with the ability to add photos as necessary 3) Import all the products from the current Wordpress installation into the osCommerce database including photos, prices, variations, descriptions, and inventory. 4) Add a blog to the site. We have a very limited budget for this. But, if you are new to the site and need some good feedback, I encourage you to bid.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
