I want to create a very simple USSD application that charges the user nothing or an amount close to nothing; In your brief, please state all the costs I will need to incurre to keep the system running on a monthly or annually.
1. The user must dial a number like *130*770*UNIQUE ID#
2. The UNIQUE ID is injected into a PHP code linked to my website databases to retrieve a name + location from database
3. The name + location are then displayed on the screen (1st page)
4. The options on the page are a) I agree b) I disagree
5. When a) I agree is selected, user information is send to me in PHP get function or in any form suitable - cell number
