Project cdstore =============== Website to sell Computer software / Games CD ROM / childrens educative CDROMS. I will source goods from various distributors, so I will give you the CD-INLAY CARDS of all the CD ROM titles, and you must re-design the artwork keeping in mind the basic theme. Website Requirements : ====================== 1) Develop site using OSCommerce based Shopping cart with search engine friendly URL, customized template and creating our logo. 2) Initial up to 200 products listing plus primary artwork for that up to 200 products. Modification, customization, and re-sizing & optimizing the images to go with the background will be your job. You must add sufficient text & content also in the required fields in the cart. 3) Integration with [login to view URL] credit card payment gateway. 4) Weight of 1CD is approx 100g so, shipping costs must be calculated as per [login to view URL] Exchange rate for purpose of calculation of shipping is USD$1 = Rs.50 We shall charge shipping on actuals, and orders above $100 would be shipped free, so the customer should also be given a notification if he has a billed amount of say $99 that $1 more to get free shipping. We will also ship order only to the billing address and not any other address to avoid credit card fraud. 5) Basic Search Engine Optimization, each page must have meta tags with very well optimized. Our target audience is USA / UK. Afiliate Requirements : ======================= I wish to have an affiliate marketing system, that is very unique and that would create an entire site for the affiliate like amazon. Thinking to integrate with [login to view URL] for affiliate system if all my requirements are supported. 1) Once an affiliate signs up on our site, we give him a sub directory like [login to view URL] He uploads his logo, enter his company information, re-directs his domain to [login to view URL] and the entire store is branded just like his with his logo. 2) Just the above except in this case he just add`s our DNS servers to his domain record does not even re-direct his domain, this would be benificial for him in case he wants to optimize his PR in google. Advantages for the above 1) 2) are that the affiliate can mantain his own site, and mantain his own brand and still give you sales. Each link on the site of his would have to point to a deep link on our site, We would have to automatically generate code for his site, which he would download in a zip file, and just upload to his hosting provider. They should choose to allow affiliates to sell their products or not, if they choose to, we charge them a different rate per sale, pay the affiliates only a much lesser %. 5) Keep records of all sales to facilitate accounting / payments to affiliates. BackEnd/BackOffice System Requirements : ======================================== 1) This Backend System is an offline application but must have sync. function with online website. Backend application features are products procurement from distributors (stock management, Order requisition to supplier, etc) until products shipping (order status tracking) and simple customer relationship management (customer support). Sync facilities is use for pull sales orders from online shopping cart (both direct sales orders to our site and affiliates sales orders) and upload orders status to the site. 2) Print inlay card Each CD will be shipped in a DVD case (the standard case used for DVD movie), we want to give each CD a personalized on the case inlays with Our Logo, Thumbnail image of the product as it was seen on the site, Other products image from the same category which are randomly selected on the back side, and Discount Code for a repeat purchase. 3) Print customer's address on envelope or label for shipping, and invoices for custom purpose. Once we have shipped the CD, we will enter the tracking number in the backend manually. 4) Reporting for sales report, stock report, etc. 5) User security level. Prefer developed using VB + MSACCESS (must easily moved to MSSQL Server when needed) NOTE FOR BIDDER : ================= 1) Bid must include all license fee for OSC and Afiliate system ! 2) Bid must include all cost necessary to fulfill above description/requirements, no hidden fee ! 3) Bid must include source code for Backend system ! 4) Bid must include 3 months support for all system ! 5) Please, give me working site that you have developed using OSC based which have Affiliate system. PAYMENT : ========= 1. 10% Escrow after I received your template design (after selected). 2. 20% Escrow after I see all functional features as on project scope in your server. 3. 20% Escrow after installation in my server -- Escrow 1 will released at this stage. 4. 20% Escrow after first 200 products listing and artwork done -- Escrow 2 will released at this stage. 5. 30% Escrow after I received backend system, installed and ready to test -- Escrow 3 will released at this stage. 6. Escrow 4 released after 2 weeks backend testing. 7. Escrow 5 released after no bugs found in all system (estimate 1 months after 2 weeks testing time).
