Outlook addon - VB, VBA

I need to create a new type of outlook task backed by a windows DLL. When user create a task of this type, he will have a few extra tabs. The functions of each of these new tabs is provided by code inside a DLL. Code in this DLL can freely read, modify outlook appointments. Code in the DLL will draw graphs and present them as a tabs on the new outlook task. Code in the DLL will also need to trigger a floating image like the one in MS office (the paper clip - some call him "Bob") to provide interaction with the user. I do not want dodnet framework. I do not want to use a complex third party graphic library. The end result of this project is a professional looking Demo that has the above features. It needs to have sound design and coding style. However, it is not part of this bid to make it a final product. Many of the business requirements are still being worked on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Winows 2000, Windows xp
