The page would sell banner ad design and logo design for our auction site. Will need to match the theme of our auction site.

We need a form to collect data from the customer.
- Banner Size (drop down with standard banner sizes and one for custom and one for package , which includes all standard sizes) see below. Use those on the page or similar…since I stole those from another site.

- Upload box to upload images/logos etc.

o Customer to supply a link – we supply the code with instructions on adding to email and websites ---
o Logo Design – This is not included in the banner design. Provide samples of Logos (use the logos you have designed for us and others as you will be doing these logos as well.)
o Add additional banners
§ Say they choose a 468x60 banner above, but would also like a 88x31 banner this is where they add it. They can add 1-8 additional banners in the standard sizes only. Each additional banner gets a 10% discount
o Add a premium graphic (will supply You may have some others.
o Add Animation
o HTML/CODE inside banner (Minnie webpage, add music…or anything that cannot be done with static banner)
o Pop-up/pop-under (upto 550px width/height)
o Web Banner (top website banner 800px width)
