SOAP INTERFACE

Need work done using SOAP to copy / update records from our local server to a server at a distant location. The information that the soap code will have to accomplish is add names to the target server and then information about what we have sold that person. You program would read the data off of our server about every 15 minutes and copy any new records up to the new location. We will be using SQL Server on our side and would require the code to be done in Visual basic or VB.Net accept for the code that needs to be in SOAP. We will provide you a database with sample data and sample SOAP code like what we display below. The coding is straight forward and simplistic but we do want a certain number of rules followed. We want the code well annotated and checked for errors. We will give you a testing area on the web to upload the data to. Please contact us if you have other questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
