Awesome custome website

I want to have lots of cool features and hover effects like the ones shown on this site: [login to view URL] This is a business website not a personal site I want the site to begin with a splash page or landing page. Once the viewer is in the site I want them to have to hover the mouse over my logo that fades in. The hover will reveal 3 options for them to choose from. Then once they hover over any of the the three options a desciption of that option will appear - like in this link [login to view URL] Each of the 3 options will be linked to other web pages or home pages. Next - after the viewer clicks an option from the landing page: I want them to use the Slide Header Plugin - 6 images shown here as the menu bar for all pages within the site: [login to view URL] this slide header will serve as the navigation menu for the entire site. My company name should drop in above the menu and have the same hover effect as shown here. [login to view URL] I like how the words "Edward Johnes" drop in and how the shift when hovered. Underneath the menu I want a graphic box that I can put text in and let people know about my company. It should fill the remainder of the page. I do not want people to have to scroll up and down to read want I have to say. Everything should fit on one page. Much like this website where everything is on one page and I do not have to scroll up or down: [login to view URL] this is also a good example of everything on one page: [login to view URL] I also like all the animation on the site [login to view URL] . I will want sub links or sub pages to appear to the left, but inside the graphic box. For the most part, the only thing that changes as the viewer goes from page to page is the Graphic Box. For example, if I am on the home page and I click on the contact us page, the only thing that should change is the graphic box. The transition that I want to use between pages is the tumble effect - the one shown here - the tumble slide header: [login to view URL] I also like the Block Slide Header. Maybe you can incorporate both somehow when transitioning between pages. A few pages will be a bit different though. I do want some HTML5 elements and/or Flash elements in the site as well. This is why I think it may be best to build in wordpress. I prefer to build a site that is compatible with the iPhone, but some flash may be required for what I am asking. I would like to include this effect (if possible) in several places on my site. I also like how the pictures can be categorized. I want the site to also have ecommerce pages as I will be selling items as well online. But this may be a different project that I will pay you separately for depending on how well this project goes.
