Fix a few sites for me

I have 4 sites that need a little help.
The first is [url removed, login to view] -I am unable to add new pages such as rules, or fields, so please make it so I will be able to add these pages within the existing framework. Some of the pages are already on the site but for whatever reason won't add. For the contact us section, I would like to install a mailer script to
The next site needs some debugging. [url removed, login to view], and when the site is fixed, I will need you to enter a few codes in for rotating banners. I will provide you with the codes upon choosing you as a provider.
The next site needs some script alteration to allow the pictures to show up. [url removed, login to view] . It's not that much to do.
The last site, I would like a basic redesign. It is my baseball team and I would like it so the players can upload their own profiles and upload their own pictures from the games. It'd be nice to have a CMS with a message board like Mambo. Basically I want all the sections I have already, but to make it look nicer.
These alterations shouldn't be that difficult.
