Phase 1, convert PSDs to around 12 page html/css. This site looks very clean and modern.
Phase 2, use your favorite framework to add the functionality to be able to create user accounts which can do the following:
Make multiple choice & fill in the blank tests.
The ability to add these tests to a que and to take these tests.
The ability to edit, sort and re-order and categorize these tests in a list on multiple pages.
The tests award points when completed, so there is a score page which keeps track and shows a users points and point accomplishments.
All of this happens in a best practices, clean and modern environment - this part is not to be understated.
All this functionality is shown using the PSDs files, jpgs and a corresponding video, which shows how everything works.
I also need your rate for future changes.
Payments will be made in stages which will correspond to the development stages of the site.
