I'm looking to make my website more user friendly and to turn it into more of a membership site much like these site: myfittribe. com. modelmayhem. com. myspace. com. I want people to be able to login on the left hand side bar and create blogs. make comments. post videos. add friends. submit articles. and talk to the members. Looking for the site to operate much like myfittribe. com with the layout of peoples personal profiles like modelmayhem and myspace. I want them to have the ability to share. digg reddit delicious tweet. twitter. ect. to the blogs. articles. videos.
Possibly using [url removed, login to view] may be able to do this. Though I still want to keep my personal training business as a highlight on the site and I don't want it to lose that part of it.
I want their profiles to be search engine friendly so when they create their profile there name and their profile like fitness model is in the title tag. Ex: “Bill Smith Male Bodybuilder” or “Lisa Jones Female Fitness Model” or “Eddie Quick male Athlete” or something like that. As well the keywords would be used like the title tags with their location in it like “Lisa chill. female. fitness model. Houston. Texas”
Their profile should look like facebook.com. model mayhem where their picture is on the left side and when people click on their picture it goes to more of their photos. There should be an option to click pic's or videos that they have uploaded to the site. Also want a wall tab. info tab. and photo and video tab.
I would like for them to have profile categories:
General Fitness
Coach Potato
Celebrity
Fitness Model
Athlete (as the site grows possibly want this to be able to adjust to each athletic sport like football. soccer. ect.)
Bodybuilder
Personal Trainer
Aerobics Instructor
Natualpath
Chiropractor
Medical Dr.
Nutritionist
Physical therapist
Massage Therapist
Yoga instructors
Pilates Instructors
Dietitians
Natural Medical Doctors

With some of the profiles I would like a directory to be created. so if they put that they are a Fitness model. bodybuilder their profile and picture will be put in our fitness model directory creating a photo in the directory images: .[url removed, login to view] like here. though it will allow their profile to be uploaded automatically and then when someone clicks on their pics or name it will send them to their profile that should look like modelmayem's profiles. Also randomly in the female fitness model. male fitness model. female bodybuilder. and male bodybuilder directory pages the ebooks will appear so people can purchase just like you see currently.
On the Chriopractor. personal trainers. medical dr. dietitians and everyone else except (General Fitness. coach potato. athlete. fitness model. Bodybuilder. celebrity) the profession members they will be listed in our professional directory pages: .[url removed, login to view] much like this site:
As a benefit for being a user and a member of the site I want them to be able to get to have a program like this [url removed, login to view] where they will be able to track their calories. nutritional info. diet and fitness progress and add their diet info. workout programs and information day to day and people can comment and suggest workout and diet training programs to help them out. They can also upload their workout video. list there exercises they did and sets and reps. I want them to be able to put in there fitness goals. starting stats. height. weight. goals. body fat. measurements. ect. and much more user friendly than fitday. though that's just an example I can show you others if need be.
I will need to have a header. footer. and side bars. that I can update on all my pages at one time. So if I make changes to them it will change on all the pages that the header. footer. and side bar code is on.
I want to keep my overall look and feel. though to make my site far more user friendly and easy to use. sign up and navigate through. I want to keep a little about me being a professional trainer and fitness expert in Arizona.
I want the home page to still have a fairly good sized add about training with Scott White and links to details about that. I would like it to also show the members. new videos. blogs. and ext. without making the site look to busy or confusing.
I have worked with many programs and all have just delivered on parts of their work leaving me hanging with the money I lost paying them and no final work that I could implement. I will put the funds in an escrow account and once you are finished with the final project and it works and you have shown me every detail works than I will release the funds.
I'm wanting to get feedback on my plans with my site to figure out what you think would be the best and be a good price for everything. I want still want to be able to go in and make changes to my site as well. I do understand html. some php. css
