Web developer needed

Hello Everyone! I am a web developer, specializing in WordPress, but I want to be able to offer more services, such as graphic design, SEO, and web development using other OS platforms, such as Joomla, Magento, and Drupal. I also have more work right now than I can handle, so I would like to outsource some of it to a company or individual who can offer complete services with a quick turnaround time. Here are all the criteria I am looking for in the person or team with whom I would like to create an ongoing business relationship: Experience with graphic design (logos, web design, etc.) Able to create/enhance functionality (i.e. e-commerce, account login/profile, search by multiple criteria, locator, language switching, social sites incorporating forums, voting, chatting, etc.) Able to create sites on various OS platforms that have a CMS (i.e. WordPress, Joomla, Magento, Drupal) Able to create/modify plugins Able to create/modify themes Able to create/modify web apps Able to create/modify responsive sites SEO knowledge/experience Experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP PSD to WordPress/HTML Available via Skype Excellent English skills I know this seems like a lot, but those of you whom I invited have most, if not all, of the aforementioned qualities. If you don't meet ALL these criteria, that is fine. This is essentially just a wish list, so the more of these skills you have the better. In your bids, please address the following: 1. Approximately how long would it take you to create a basic WordPress web site using a purchased theme that has 5-10 pages and little to no functionality? 2. Please list which of the aforementioned skills you have. 3. I would also like to see samples of your work, especially if you do not have a portfolio set up on Elance, so please attach that or provide links. Please note that any work done for me will be under my company name. I am willing to pay up to $10/hour. I have a couple of projects for the winning bidder to do right away that will serve as somewhat of a test to see if this relationship will work. If it does, I intend for this to be a very long partnership in which I will provide a ton of ongoing work. I will provide further details on the couple of projects I have to start you with once I see that you have met most of these criteria.
