Web scraper - odds from betting websites

I need a simple php script that will scrape odds from five online sports betting websites - [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

Specifically, the script needs to extract the odds for all NBA basketball matches over the next 48 hours (the bookies typically list today's and tomorrow's games). Only the match odds for each game are needed (team A odds of winning and team B odds of winning) - Paddypower lists these odds under "match betting" in a fractional form while pinnacle, betoto, and bwin list them under "moneyline",TheGreek uses "Moneyln".

Output just needs to be in a html table with columes for the book makers and rows for each team (see image). Refreshing the php webpage should re-parse the websites and update the odds. Some book makers may not have odds currently available for a given game, whenever they do become available their odds should be added to the output table. The first four bookies make this information accessible to the public, however, TheGreek requires a registered used to log in with a username and password. This would presumably require the script to send a stored user name and password to the site to facilitate loggin in (on a side note, a guest user can sign in but is required to enter a captcha, a registered user does not need to do this).

It should be a fairly straight forward matter of parsing the US basketball pages of the bookies.
