I require a complete website with swap script functionality.
People should be able to view bids (items for offer or swap). To bid (or offer a swap) you must be a registered and verified user. There will be charge for each swap.
I want to replicate the “community feel” and must have a feedback and rating mechanism for each registered user.
I am not looking for an off the shelf script and require a good php/mysql programmer. I have other work lined up for the successful bid. I might even be looking to take someone on a long term contract or even fulltime.
