Need Delphi 7 Delphi Application functionality expanded/improved/ rewritten.

Program Requirments.
1) If no web connection is present, then display information to user. If Windows Internet Explorer is not present then inform user that they must install Microsoft Internet Exploer to use this software.
2) Global Word filter list to be added, which is loaded locally from the server when the application is started each time. If no web connection, then does not fail. The word list downloaded should be encrypted when stored locally.
3) Ability for the parent to add to personal word word filter list. This will be stored locally encrypted as well.
4) Trial Version must expire after 15 days from install date.
5) I need toolbar and icons improved. More artisic and kid freindly.
6) Two install programs for trial and live versions. Hopefully using some freeware application, so that I can build installs on my PC.
7) Install programs also needs unistallers.
8) Licensed version install should uninstall previous versions.
9) When the user runs the trial version, they must be displayed a form that Displays the trial web site passwords and parents password. Currently this is sent via email to the user, but when using [url removed, login to view], no email can be sent to the user informing them of these important passwords, which is a problem..
10) Currently the user must enter an activatiion code, that starts the install. This should not be required, as is extra work for the person istalling the trial version.
11) About box needs to be improved.
12) Web Browser must run on all versions of windows later than Windows 98, including Windows 98.
13) Lockdown facility is required.
This is needed quickly, so only apply if you can meet the deadline.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
