We are looking for a Flash developer to develop two small projects for us.

1) A Flash movie that loads photos from the catalog of an OSCommerce site and display them as a fast-running slideshow. Most parameters (including host name and user name and password, etc) of the Flash movie (speed, size, etc.) must be configurable in XML.

2) A simple video player that loads some FLV movies (we will convert the videos) based on XML configuration. Also displayed and configurable are the movie titles and a small navigation menu for navigate to other videos. Please see the attached screenshot for a rough idea (video navigation not illustrated).

We prefer projects built with CS3 and ActionScript 3 and we will ask for the project files once the projects are completed. If you are going to build the projects using older technology, please indicate explicitly in your proposal.
