game interface and website redesign

We currently are developing a casino and gaming platform and need a professional design solution so that our programmers can implement the graphical interface. The platform will consist of 5 different lottery games, e.g. Lottery, Keno, Bingo etc. and a complete design solution should be developed for these games. Further simple logotypes for the games should be designed as well. In addition to this the website interface should be designed (not in html as our programmers will do this but in photoshop) and the necessary graphics provided. We already have websites and game designs to which the designs should be aligned to so that the designer do not need to start from scratch. . We should note that the raw designs already exist and therefore the design should build up on the existing solution to enrich detail and professional look. The optimal designer should bring along creativity and original ideas as well that will improve the look of our platform. Please provide us with your portfolio or some design solutions you have created. We expect a creative collaboration throughout so that at the end we will have an amazing web design that both will be proud of. Bidders should as well send us RELEVANT samples of their web design work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
