OsCommerce Mods Needed to be Ported to Zen-Cart on [login to view URL]

I have 2 particular Mods that are for OsCommerce that I would like ported over to Zen-Cart and work with version 1.3.7.

These mods are working mods on OsCommerce.

1. Mod for UPS XML

2. Mod for Group Pricing

I would like to also have a relationship started with a programmer & designer for items I need done.

Funds will not be release until project is 100% completed and fully operational, so don't ask until then.

Please post realistic times for project completion, this wil be a factor on whether I will use your service again.
