Redesign my website from scratch to production (PSD and finally wordpress theme from it!)

We are a IT services company and in need for someone to design our website which has static pages plus a corporate blog. You would first design the PSD, then convert the PSD to a wordpress theme and finally apply the theme to our site. We would provide you the logo of our company.
