Figure out why my site takes a long time to load initially

For some reason, when people first land on my site which is a Zen Cart site, it always takes 5-10 seconds to load. Also, there are long parse times intermittently and I can't figure out why. Once you are on the page, the site works fast. It's only the first time you go to it in a new browser, and no matter what page you land on, it takes 5-10 seconds to load. Once you're on the site it works fine.

Deliverables:

1. Figure out why it takes 5-10 seconds to load initially.

2. Figure out why there are intermittent 5-7 second parse times.
