Looking WebGL / Actionscript Genius to build a website

I'm looking for a new website for my next project. I'm looking at creating something similar to this [url removed, login to view] but rather than upload memories, people will be able to upload or add stories to the website based on the theme.
The website will be split into volumes, so for example, if the theme for volume one is love, people will upload, share, tweet, repost etc, stories about love. Eventually the website will act as a catalogue or book of thoughts on each theme.
Each volume will also have a series of songs to serve as a soundtrack to the theme.
I need someone with great concepts who is also an expert in Javascript, C++, Actionscript, WebGL and Physics Engine.
Only people with examples of previous work will be considered. I am looking for something fresh and new and out of the box, and looking to work in a more collaborative style with the winning bidder.
Milestones will be staggered based on phase of the project i.e.
Milestone 1 - to begin work
Milestone 2 - after design approval
Milestone 3 - after coding and development
Milestone 4 - to transfer completed project to my domain and hosting
