Simple Web App

Here is what I am looking for. I have designs of a web application that I need to get made. For now all I require is a sign up page that leads to a profile. The profile will have different fields to input information. I have PSD designs of the screens. I will need you to code the sign up page and then the profile page. The goal is to collect information from the user and have it stored for later use. The user should be able to log back in and check out his profile and make edits. The designs will need to be responsive. I believe this is a very small project that shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours to execute. Consider this a test project to see how we work together. If I like the way you work/communicate we can talk about the rest of my requirements. If you send me a template response to this I will immediately delete your application. Looking for someone that has front and backend development skills and is a good communicator.
