Requirements:
1. Save in DB already created checkbox "Private task".
2. Collaborate section: Send an e-mail to a user
a. Writing a comment in a task, send a notification of this comment by e-mail.
b. In the comment, if we type “@” show the list of users and add the user who will receive the notification of this message by e-mail
3. Fix bug: comments are not shown
4. Create a panel/dashboard with task summary: nice CSS style
5. Refresh messages in real-time · In the collaborate section, in order to chat in real time refresh messages, as soon as they are sent by another user
