Adaptation of Open Source Kanban board

We need someone to make various modifications to it and install it properly on a test site of ours.
First of all there should be a user registration form that is very simple: username, email, password.
Users will then formed into small groups of 5. There is a very simple logic behind this group formation. In the end each group shall have its own Kanban board.
After 2 weeks the members of groups are rotating - also with a certain logic.
There are a few minor adaptations to the Kanban boards themselves such as no option to delete cards, etc.
Most important is the user registration and group formation logic.
