Android App for Multi vendor shopping cart

Hello Guys , I need a multi-vendor/Shop Mobile app (Android). I am planning to purchase the product from codecanyon ,which is normal ecommerce site (i.e. multiple vendor can enroll the website and post the product) Requirement Multi-vendor/Shop Mobile app (Android) should consist of Each vendor will have physical store and each store consist of multiple products under that particular store. End User will have a provision to see the multiple vendor store based on their pin code(nearest pin code-radius of three KMS). End user will have a provision to choose/select the any one product and click on that specific store, list of all items which are tagged in that particular store to be displayed to the customer. End user will select the list of all items and check out. Post end user check out, Shopkeeper will get the notification order placed by the end user and review the list of product and uncheck the product which he will not deliver and submit. Once Shopper uncheck the product ,click on submit ,a notification to be triggered to the Enduser for the confirmation with list of product which will not delivered to the end user along with updated price tag. Once user confirm the updated cart, again shop keer will get notification and user address to be shown to the shopkeeper. please add my number in whatsapp +919985570075
